I went down to Fistral beach to see what the surf was doing and to check the sunset.  It was beautiful.  It was great to see so many warming colours as the weather starts to chill.

There where lots of poeple still enjoying the good surf, which is always great to see.

I dislike the fact that one has to pay to use the carpark at the North end of Fistral beach, by the Blu centre.  I understand it is revenue generating, and the new centre has to be paid for.  But I feel it should be the tourist pounds that pay for such things.  This time of year the local people, who's lives are disrupted all summer long by tourists, would like to enjoy their county in the Autumn weather.

I completely understand the importance of the tourists, their money provides so much emplolyment in the UK's poorest region, but the car park is part of a tourist aimed centre.
